About Huntly Pottery

"We are a small family business that has been operating since 1986. When we first started our pottery we named our business Fosterville Pottery, then in 1994 we changed our name to Huntly Pottery.

Huntly is a small town 10 kilometres from Bendigo, Victoria Australia. Both the Huntly Pottery and Fosterville Pottery trademarks are ours.

Our pottery products take time to make and we specialise in small to medium orders. One of our specialities is reproduction early Australiana pottery. In keeping with the early Australian potters we use stoneware glaze mixtures that were used 140 years ago, this gives our pottery authentic reproduction quality.

All Huntly Pottery products are hand crafted and fired first before stained individually, glazed and re-fired for finish product.
